This section sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply to any party that uses the Little Scientists Club website, children who have been enrolled onto Little Scientists Club course or session and parents who have paid for their child to be enrolled onto a Little Scientists Club course or session. Please ensure you have read these Science Course Terms and Conditions before attending any of our courses or sessions.
1. HOW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE INTERPRETED
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), the following terms will have the following meaning:
1.1.1 “Child” means a person aged 3-6 taking part in any Little Scientists Club Courses.
1.1.2 “Courses” means academic tuition, school study support, or homework support which has been designed and provided by Little Scientists Club. This includes science courses and any sessions that make up a course or any other educational service provided by Little Scientists Club including but not limited to, half-term courses, summer and winter courses and birthday parties.
1.1.3 “Fees” means payment for Little Scientists Club courses for the amount displayed on the Little Scientists Club website or other documentation owned by Little Scientists Club which relates to Little Scientists Club Courses.
1.1.4 “Parent” means a father, mother, legal carer/guardian and/or authorised family member.
1.1.5 “Us”, “We” and “Little Scientists Club” means LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB LIMITED with company registration number 10987305 and registered office address of 18 College Parade, Salusbury Road, Queens Park, London, United Kingdom, NW6 6RL.
1.1.6 “Venue” means a place where Little Scientists Club Courses are run.
1.1.7 "You" means the Parent or the person using or viewing the Little Scientists Club website, or receiving products or services provided by Little Scientists Club.
2. LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB WEBSITE AND WEB-PAGES
2.1 Little Scientists Club is the sole owner of the Little Scientists Club website (https://littlescientistsclub.co.uk).
2.2 The use of the Little Scientists Club website is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
2.4 The Little Scientists Club website may use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us: name and contact information including e-mail address, address information including your postcode and any other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers or that Little Scientists Club may reasonably require to run Little Scientists Club courses in line with these Terms and Conditions.

Parents providing personal data to Little Scientists Club consent to the use of that data by Little Scientists Club for the purpose of running Little Scientists Club courses, billing and fee collecting purposes and to enable Little Scientists Club to contact the parents if it reasonably requires to do so or provide products or services in line with these Terms and Conditions.
3. GENERAL
3.1 Your agreement to our Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and you and Little Scientists Club give consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3.2 Little Scientists Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
3.3 No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved by the Directors of Little Scientists Club.
3.4 By booking or enrolling and paying the fee for a Little Scientists Club service or product you agree on behalf of yourself and your child and/or children to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB FEES AND YOUR PAYMENT
4.1 Unless otherwise stated by the Directors of Little Scientists Club, Little Scientists Club Fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of the Courses or prior to the dispatch of any products provided to you by Little Scientists Club.
4.2 Little Scientists Club reserves the right to deny access to you or your child/children in the event that you have not paid the relevant Fees.
4.3 You may pay Little Scientists Club Fees using any of these methods credit card, debit card and PayPal transfer.
4.4 If you are paying Little Scientists Club Fees via a bank payment, that payment must include all bank transfer charges, which includes intermediary bank charges.
4.5 Your payment of Little Scientists Club Fees does not cover the cost of a replacement Little Scientists Club T-shirt or safety goggles in the event you or your child/children lose, brakes or destroys such items.
4.6 Little Scientists Club Fees are non-transferable. For example, fees cannot be transferred between siblings, relatives and/or friends.
5. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN
5.1 You will be required to provide us with all of the personal information that Little Scientists Club may reasonably require in order to run its courses.
5.2 You will ensure that any personal information you provide to Little Scientists Club is up to date.
5.3 You will notify us in writing (either by email to info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk, or by letter to our physical address at the top of these Terms and Conditions) of any changes to the information you have previously provided to us.
5.4 You permit Little Scientists Club to collect your personal information and personal information about your child/children in line with Little Scientists Club’s Privacy Policy.
5.5 For the purpose of promoting Little Scientists Club's products and/or services, you agree to allow Little Scientists Club to carry out the following actions:
5.5.1 Taking photographs and/or videos of you and/or your child/children during Little Scientists Club Courses and/or within Little Scientists Club Venues, and
5.5.2 Using photographs and/or videos taken of you and/or your child/children during Little Scientists Club Courses and/or within Little Scientists Club Venues or feedback provided to us by you or your child/children on newspapers, websites, leaflets, flyers, adverts, social media (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), magazines and other forms of marketing.
5.6 You must inform Little Scientists Club in writing (either by email to info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk, or by letter to our physical address at the top of these Terms and Conditions) if you do not consent to us using images or video footage of your child/children to be used in line with the actions listed directly above. Once we have received your request to withdraw your consent, we will remove all images and video footage from our website and our social media platforms.
6. ENROLLING ONTO LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB COURSES
6.1 Little Scientists Club courses are only available for children of ages between three and seven.
6.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your child is or children are of the correct age to enrol onto a pack of Little Scientists Club course.
6.3 Little Scientists Club Courses are composed of ten one-hour sessions. Unless authorised by the Directors of Little Scientists Club, you can only enrol your child/children on a Course.
6.4 You must declare the course and the one hour time-slot of the Course you wish to book when completing the Little Scientists Club enrollment form. Unless authorised by the Directors of Little Scientists Club, your chosen time-slot will apply to all of the sessions in the Course for which you have made your booking and you cannot amend this time-slot once you have enrolled your child/children onto the Course.
6.5 There are dates on which sessions of Little Scientists Club Courses will not be run and Little Scientists will endeavor to notify parents of these such dates on its website or in writing or or at the point you enrol your child on a Little Scientists Club Course.
6.6 Little Scientists Club will not be held liable for damages arising from not notifying parents of dates on which sessions within a course will not be run. It is your responsibility to ensure you know which dates your Courses and constituent sessions will be run and to make the necessary arrangements to attend your sessions.
6.7 You must complete a Little Scientists Club enrollment form and a Little Scientists Club Security Information Form for your child, or each of your children, before your child/children can take part in any Little Scientists Club courses. You must ensure The Security Information Form you complete for each of your children is named, dated, signed and contain your contact number and details of the person who must be contacted in the event of an emergency.
6.8 Places on Little Scientists Club Courses are subject to availability and are offered on a first come first serve basis.
6.9 Places on Little Scientists Club Courses must be booked the Little Scientists Club enrollment form which can be found on our website https://littlescientistsclub.co.uk.
6.10 We reserve the right to change the Venue in which Little Scientists Club Courses are run or the times of the sessions within Courses at our convenience.
6.11 We reserve the right to combine sessions within Courses, or entire Courses at our convenience.
6.12 Unless authorised by the Directors of Little Scientists Club, only Little Scientists Club’s staff or authorised personnel will be allowed to be in the Venue during Little Scientists Club Courses.
6.13 You must not take part in any activities within a Little Scientists Club Venue that results in the interruption of Little Scientists Club Courses.
6.14 You must accompany your child/children at all times when bringing them to, or collecting them from, Little Scientists Club Courses. You must not leave your child/children in a Little Scientists Club Venue unattended unless you have enrolled them onto a Little Scientists Club Course.
6.15 You must notify us when completing the Little Scientists Club enrollment form if any of your children have a disability, illness, medical condition, allergies or special needs of any type.
6.16 We will not guarantee that any food or drink brought by any person to our Courses or Venue are free of traces of nuts and/or nut oils or have not been produced at a site or using equipment which produces other products containing nuts.
6.17 It is your responsibility to tell us in writing that you give us permission to administer medication
6.18 We will not be liable or be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies.
7. YOU AND YOUR CHILD’S/CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOUR
7.1 We reserve the right to permanently or temporarily remove you and/or your child/children from any of our Courses as a result of any unacceptable behaviour and you will not be refunded for any of the time you miss as a result.
7.2 If we permanently remove you or your child/children from any of our Courses as a result of any unacceptable behaviour we reserve the right to not issue any certificates.
7.3 We consider the following to be included in, and considered as, unacceptable behaviour
7.3.1 abusive behaviour
7.3.2 disturbing behaviour
7.3.3 disrespectful behaviour
7.3.4 disruptive behaviour
7.3.5 Illegal behaviour
7.3.6 smoking other than in authorised areas
7.3.7 selling or consuming alcohol or illegal drugs
7.3.8 causing damage to Little Scientists Club’s property and/or the property of the owner(s) of the Little Scientists Club Venues
7.7.9 failure to comply with the fire and safety policy of Little Scientists Club and/or the owner(s) of the Little Scientists Club Venues
7.4 You and your child/children must respect all others regardless of their religion, race, disability, sexual orientation, gender or any other difference.
7.5 If you or your child/children cause damage to Little Scientists Club’s property and/or the property of the owner(s) of the Little Scientists Club Venue you will pay the cost of repairing/replacing all damages.
8. CANCELLING LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB COURSES AND REFUNDS
8.1 You have the right to cancel your booked Course(s) within ten working days of making your booking to receive a refund or, if authorised by the Directors of Little Scientists Club, to have your booking transferred to any Course that may take place in the future.
8.2 If you cancel your booking outside of this ten working day period you will not be entitled to receive a refund or any transfer of Courses.
8.3 If you cancel or withdraw you child/children from a Little Scientists Club course after the course(s) has/have started, you will be not be entitled to receive a refund or transfer of Courses.
8.4 In the event that we cancel a session or Course, we will only be liable for the cost associated with the proportion of the Fees we have received from you that is made up of the session(s) or courses we cancel.
8.5 We will not issue you with a refund in the event you or your child/children arrive late, leave early or miss any sessions within a Course or Courses. We will not offer classes free of charge to make up for any time you have lost as a result of these reasons.
8.6 You or your child/Children must not attend Little Scientists Club Courses if you or they are unwell. In the event you or your child/children are sick within a Little Scientists Club Venue you and them will need to leave the premises as soon as reasonably possible.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 We will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury you or your children suffer whilst taking part in Little Scientists Club Courses or using any equipment provided by us.
9.2 We will not be liable for failure to run Little Scientists Club Courses or any delays in running Little Scientists Club Courses as a result of events that have taken place outside of our control.
9.3 We do not give any warranty, guarantee on any of the equipment used in Little Scientists Club Courses that has been supplied by a third party. We are not liable or do not give guarantee or warranty on the quality of the equipment we use in our Courses or confirm whether such equipment is fit for purpose.
9.4 We will not be liable for any damage or loss or cost or expense or any other type of claim for compensation resulting from instructions provided by you which are not complete or are incorrect, inaccurate, or resulting from you or your child’s/children’s late arrival or absence.
9.5 We reserve the right to amend the structure, Venue, content, timings and age-brackets of Little Scientists Club Courses at any time without notice.
9.6 Little Scientists Club will not be bound by any statement unless it is in writing and authorised by a Director of Little Scientists Club.
10. LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB VENUES
10.1 Not all of our Venues have wheelchair access. It is your responsibility to check whether our Venue has wheelchair access before making your visit.
10.2 You must be accompanied by a child to enter Little Scientists Club Courses.
10.3 Unless explicitly permitted by Little Scientists Club staff or authorised personnel, you must not bring any food and/or drink into Little Scientists Club Venues. Food, drinks or sweets are not permitted in Little Scientists Club, courses or lessons.
10.4 You must not use cameras, video equipment or mobile phone within Little Scientists Club Venues when Little Scientists Club Courses are being run.
10.5 It is your responsibility to observe all notices, regulations and evacuation procedures of the Little Scientists Club Venue in which you or your child/children are in.
11. YOUR PROPERTY AND BELONGINGS
11.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage of your property and/or personal belongings that you bring to Little Scientists Club Venues or Courses. Any property or personal belongs you own and bring to, or leave at, our Venues or Courses, is your responsibility and is at your own risk.
11.2 We will dispose of any property or personal belonging which have been left at a Little Scientists Club Venue if not claimed and collected by the proprietor within fourteen days after the item was found.
11.3 In the appropriate circumstances, we reserve the right to inspect and search any of your or your child’s/children’s personal belongings.
12. SAFEGUARDING YOUR CHILDREN
12.1 We will contact the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub in the event that we suspect abuse or in the event of a disclosure.
13. ACCEPTANCE
13.1 Acceptance of our products and/or services will be taken to represent agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
14.1 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on our Privacy Policy.
15. TERMINATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT
15.1 We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect, in the event that any of the clauses listed in these Terms and Conditions.

1.1.3 “Us”, “We”, “Our” and “Little Scientists Club” means LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB LIMITED with company registration number 10987305 and registered office address of 18 College Parade, Salusbury Road, Queens Park, London, United Kingdom, NW6 6RL.
1.14 "You", “your” means the Parent, person or organisation using or viewing the Little Scientists Club website, or receiving products and/or services provided for a Little Scientists Club Party.
1.1.5 “Fees” means payment for the Little Scientists Club Party for the amount displayed on the Little Scientists Club website or other documentation owned by Little Scientists Club which relates to the Little Scientists Club Party.

4. THE LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB PARTY
4.1 We provide the science Party, which we developed from Little Scientists Club’s stated ethos which is to inspire scientific curiosity in children. We deliver the Party to any child, school or organisation at your chosen venue or home.
4.2 If requested by you we can provide Little Scientists Club Party extras which include (wasn’t there something else we thought should be added under the heading of extras?) Party bags, t-shirts and cupcakes.
4.3 A Little Scientists Club Party may vary from the pictures advertised online. The images of the Party on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
5. YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR PARTY
5.1 Your order for your Party is only accepted when you receive an email from us stating we have accepted it. Once we have emailed you stating we have accepted your order, the terms of this contract come into effect between you and us.
5.2 We only accept orders for the Little Scientists Club Party from addresses within the UK. and provide the Little Scientists Club Party in the UK
6. PARTY EXTRAS
6.1 We offer a number of party extras for an additional cost. Such extras include but are not limited to Party bags, Little Scientists Club t-shirts, plastic goggles and Little Scientists Club cupcakes. The price for these extras is listed on our website.
6.2 Any party extras that you would like to include in your Party must be ordered with us, and the order be accepted by us, no later than 7 days prior to the date on which the Party will be held.
6.3 There is a £10 charge if you request us to deliver any party extras you have ordered, to your home address in advance of the date on which you have booked your party. Party bags cannot be delivered sooner that one week in advance of your Party.
6.4 In the event we have agreed with you to deliver your party bags to your home in advance of your party, and you are not at home when the party bags are delivered and no one is available at your address to take delivery of our party bags and they cannot be posted through your letterbox or otherwise left in a secure location, we will leave you a note informing you of how to arrange collection of these Party bags
6.5 The Party bags will be your responsibility from the time we deliver these to the address you gave us as part of your order for your Party, or from the time you collect them from us.
6.6 Please note that the images of our Party on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging and contents of our Party bags may vary from those shown on our website or elsewhere on the internet.
7. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR PARTY
7.1 If you wish to make any changes to your Party, you must notify us in writing to Little Scientists Club Limited, 18 College Parade, Salusbury Road, Queen’s Park, London, NW6 6RL or by email to info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk.
7.2 Once we have received your written request, we will respond to let you know if we can incorporate the changes you have requested.
7.3 If we can incorporate the changes, we will inform you of any variation to the price of your Party as a result. and of any variations in the timing of supply or anything else which results from your requested changes. We will require you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the changes as requested.
7.4 If we cannot incorporate the changes you requested we will let you know.
8. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR PARTY
8.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the Party for any of the following reasons:
8.1.1 to ensure we are complying with any changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
8.1.2 to implement any necessary adjustments and/or improvements, for example to address a security or allergy threat.
8.1.3 it is in our business interests to make these changes.
8.1.4 If in our opinion it is necessary for health and safety reasons
9. PROVIDING YOUR PARTY
9.1 We will begin providing you with your Party on the date you entered in your order form or the date we have agreed with you agreed with you during the order process.
9.2 If our supply of you Party is likely to be delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of this delay. We will take any steps we can to minimise the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for effects caused by the event. Only when we agree there is a risk of significant delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any part of the Party you have paid for which has not been bought or delivered
9.3 We will charge you in full for your Party if you or somebody representing you or associated with you, does not allow us access to your home or your chosen venue for us to provide your Party as arranged.
9.4 It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable venue for us to provide your Party,for the entire duration of your Party. A suitable venue includes sufficient space for the children to carry out the activities that your Party includes.
9.5 There is certain information we require from you in order for us to provide you with the Party. We will request this information from you as part of the order process and will handle it in line with Little Scientists Club’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed on our website here: https://www.littlescientistsclub.co.uk/privacy-policy
9.6 The information we will ask you for, and which you must provide, will include your full name, address, telephone number(s) andany allergies children who you invite and/or attend the Party may have. It is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies at least two full days before the date of the Party.
9.7 We will not be held responsible for providing the Party late or not providing any part of the Party because you have failed to provide us with any information we may need within a reasonable time of us asking you for it.
9.8 Full payment according to the payment terms on our website is required before your Party is provided. We may suspend the provision of the Party if we do not receive payment. We will do our best to make contact with you to tell you we have not received payment and are suspending the provision of the Party.
10. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN
10.1 You will be required to provide us with all of the personal information that Little Scientists Club may reasonably require in order to run its courses.
10.2 You will ensure that any personal information you provide to Little Scientists Club is up to date.
10.3 You will notify us in writing (either by email to info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk, or by letter to our physical address at the top of these Terms and Conditions) of any changes to the information you have previously provided to us.
10.4 You permit Little Scientists Club to collect your personal information and personal information about your child/children in line with Little Scientists Club’s Privacy Policy.
10.5 For the purpose of promoting Little Scientists Club's products and/or services, you agree to allow Little Scientists Club to carry out the following actions:
10.5.1 Taking photographs and/or videos of you and/or your child/children during Little Scientists Club Parties either within Little Scientists Club Venues, at your home or at a venue you have hired for the purposes of having your Party, and
10.5.2 Using photographs and/or videos taken of you and/or your child/children during Little Scientists Club Parties either within Little Scientists Club Venues, at your home or at a venue you have hired for the purposes of having your Party, or feedback provided to us by you or your child/children on newspapers, websites, leaflets, flyers, adverts, social media (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), magazines and other forms of marketing.
10.6 You must inform Little Scientists Club in writing (either by email to info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk, or by letter to our physical address at the top of these Terms and Conditions) if you do not consent to us using images or video footage of your child/children to be used in line with the actions listed directly above. Once we have received your request to withdraw your consent, we will remove all images and video footage from our website and our social media platforms.
11. YOU AND YOUR CHILD’S/CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOUR
11.1 We reserve the right to stop the privision of the Party if, in our opinion, we hav ebeen subjected to any unacceptable behaviour and you will not be refunded for any of the time you miss as a result.
11.2 We consider the following to be included in, and considered as, unacceptable behaviour
11.2.1 abusive behaviour
11.2.2 disturbing behaviour
11.2.3 disrespectful behaviour
11.2.4 disruptive behaviour
11.2.5 Illegal behaviour
11.2.6 smoking other than in authorised areas
11.2.7 selling or consuming alcohol or illegal drugs
11.2.8 causing damage to Little Scientists Club’s property and/or the property of the owner(s) of the Little Scientists Club Venues
11.2.9 failure to comply with the fire and safety policy of Little Scientists Club and/or the owner(s) of the Little Scientists Club Venues
11.3 You and your child/children must respect all others regardless of their religion, race, disability, sexual orientation, gender or any other difference.
11.4 If you or your child/children cause damage to Little Scientists Club’s property and/or the property of the owner(s) of the Little Scientists Club Venue you will pay the cost of repairing/replacing all damages.
12. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
12.1 You have the right to end your contract with us. What this means will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it and when you decide to end the contract.
12.2 You must write to us to inform us of your decision to end the contact, either by letter to Little Scientists Club Limited, 18 College Parade, Salusbury Road, Queen’s Park, London, NW6 6RL or by email to info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk.
12.3 You may be charged for ending your contract, depending on when you end your contract with. Please refer to the “Pricing, payment and refunds” section of this contract.
12.4 If you are ending a contract for a reason set out below, the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for your Party, or part thereof, which have not been provided to you. The reasons are:
12.4.1 we have told you about a change to our Party or these terms which you do not agree to and you do not wish to proceed;
12.4.2 we cancel the provision of our Party because we think there is a risk that supply of our Party may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
12.4.3 we cancel the provision of our Party due to technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons; or
12.4.4 you have a legal right to end the contract because we have done something wrong.
12.5 You do not have a right to end the contract in respect of:
12.5.1 the provision of your Party once these have been completed; and
12.5.2 any of your Party bags sealed for health, protection or hygiene purposes, have been unsealed after you receive them.
12.6 In the event you change your mind you can still end the contract before it is completed, however, you may have to pay us compensation.
13. TELLING US YOU WANT TO END THE CONTRACT
13.1 To end the contract with us, please let us know by writing to us at Little Scientists Club Limited, 18 College Parade, Salusbury Road, Queen’s Park, London, NW6 6RL or email info@littlescientistsclub.co.uk with a read receipt request to confirm the email arrived with us
14. PRICING, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
14.1 The price of our Party will be the price indicated on the order pages on our website when you placed your order. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the Party advised to you is correct.
14.2 Payment terms vary depending on whether the Party is booked by an organisation/school or an individual and will be specified at the time you place the order.
14.3 If your Party is booked by a school or organisation (for which we have confirmed in writing that the following payment terms will apply):
14.3.1 Payment is due within 14 days of the date of our invoice or 7 days before the date of your Party, whichever is the soonest.
14.3.2 If the school or organisation has written to us to cancel your Party more than 30 days before the date we are due to provide the Party, Little Scientists Club will return 65% of the invoiced amount.
14.3.3 If the school cancels your Party with less than 30 days’ notice, the full amount of the invoice will remain due.
14.4 If your Party is booked by an individual (e.g. a science party experience to be delivered at an individual’s home) the following terms will apply:
14.4.1 A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable when the booking is made. The balance must be paid 7 days before the date on which the Party is to be held.
14.4.2 If the individual has written to us to cancel the Party more than 24 days before the date on which we are due to provide the Party, they will be entitled to a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.
14.4.3 If the individual has written to us to cancel the Party more than 14 days before the date on which we are due to provide the Party, Little Scientists Club will return 50% of the invoice amount, less the non-refundable deposit.
14.4.4 If the individual has written to us to cancel the Party less than 14 days before the date on which we are due to provide the Party, the individual will not be entitled to a refund.
14.5 If you think an invoice is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know.
14.6 Each of the paragraphs of these terms operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
14.7 Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
14.8 Where applicable and in accordance with the terms in this contract, we will refund you the price you paid for your Party. However, we may make deductions from the price to determine the refund.
15. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
15.1 We reserve the right to end the contract if you break any terms within the contract. We may end the contract for Your Party, or part of Your Party at any time by writing to you if any of the below apply:
15.1.1 you do not make any payment to us when it is due, and you still do not make payment within 2 days of us reminding you that payment was due
15.1.2 you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking you for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide your Party to you,
15.1.3 you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us; or
15.1.4 you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us access to your premises to prepare for and provide the Party.
15.2 You must compensate us if you break the contract. If we end the contract as a consequence of you not adhering to the terms of this contract, we will not refund any money you have paid in advance for our Party and we may deduct or charge you for reasonable compensation for the costs we will incur as a result of you breaking the contract.
16. FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS

16.3 OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
16.4 If we are providing the Party in your property, we will make good any damage to your property caused by us while doing so. However, we are not responsible for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults or damage to your property that we discover while providing the services.
16.5 We are not liable for any damage caused to your property, or to the property you have hired, by any person(s), including children, who are not staff of Little Scientists Club.
16.6 We are not liable for business losses. We only provide Parties for domestic and private use. If you use our Parties for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity or negative reputational impacts.
17. ACCEPTANCE
17.1 Acceptance of our Party services will be taken to represent agreement to these Party Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to the Little Scientists Club website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Little Scientists Club’s relationship with you in relation to this website and the services and products provided by Little Scientists Club. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase any of the services and products provided by Little Scientists Club.
This section sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply to any person that uses the Little Scientists Club website and persons who have paid for a subscription for Little Scientists Club Science boxes. 1. HOW TO INTERPRET THESE SCIENCE BOX TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 In these Science Box Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), the following terms will have the following meaning:
1.1.1 “Us”, “We”, “Our” and “Little Scientists Club” means LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB LIMITED with company registration number 10987305 and registered office address of 18 College Parade, Salusbury Road, Queen’s Park, London, United Kingdom, NW6 6RL.
1.1.2 "You", “your” means the parent, person or organisation using or viewing the Little Scientists Club website, or receiving products and/or services provided for a Little Scientists Club Party, including our subscription boxes.
1.1.3 “Parent” means a father, mother, legal carer/guardian and/or authorised family member.
1.1.4 “Supervise” means to watch a child, person or activity to make certain that everything specified in our documents and associated material is done correctly, and safely and be responsible for the good performance of an activity or job, and for the correct behaviour or safety of a child or person.
1.1.5 “Child” means a person aged 3-17 using any Little Scientists Club science box and/or any of the materials within a Little Scientists Club science box.
1.1.6 “Science box”, “Science boxes”, “subscription box”, “subscription boxes”, “box” and “boxes” refer to any box, or boxes and all equipment within the box or boxes, and/or any related entertainment products or services produced by Little Scientists Club Limited that you order as a standalone item and/or as a monthly subscription.
1.1.7 “Subscription” means your order for our science box to be received on a monthly basis for the amount displayed on the Little Scientists Club website or other documentation and a series of repeat monthly payments set up by you when you complete your payment details upon ordering our science boxes.
1.1.8 “Delivery address” means the address to which you have requested we supply our science boxes to you, as specified by you when you place your order to subscribe to receive our science boxes.
1.1.9 “Send”and “Supply” mean the despatch by us of a box to the delivery address by post or courier or other means and does not mean the receipt of the box by the subscriber.
1.1.10 “Fees” means payment for a Subscription.
1.1.11 “Minimum subscription period” means the time between the date on which you first subscribe to receive our science boxes and the date on which you have received your third science box.
1.1.12“Contract” means these Science Box Terms and Conditions.
1.1.13 “Website” means www.littlescientistsclub.co.uk or www.littlescientistsclub.com on which our products or services are advertised and/or purchased.
2. LITTLE SCIENTISTS CLUB WEBSITE AND WEB-PAGES
2.1 Little Scientists Club is the sole owner of the Little Scientists Club website (https://littlescientistsclub.co.uk).
2.2 The use of the Little Scientists Club website is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

3. GENERAL
3.1 All opening and use of our science boxes and/or any of the contents within our science boxes must be done under adult supervision. No child should be left unattended when using our science boxes or any of the equipment provided in our boxes. By subscribing to receive our science boxes you agree that you will supervise or ensure supervision of your child at all times when using our boxes and or any equipment provided by us.
3.2 Your agreement to these Science Box Terms and Conditions is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and you and Little Scientists Club give consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3.3 Little Scientists Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
3.4 No variation or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by the Directors of Little Scientists Club.
3.5 By subscribing to receive our science boxes you agree on behalf of yourself and your child and/or children to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. OUR SCIENCE BOXES
4.1 Our science boxes are described on our website and other forms of advertisement produced by us. These descriptions are only for illustrative purposes and in some occasions there may be a difference in the appearance and/or contents of the science boxes advertised, to those we supply to you.
4.2 Your subscription to our science boxes is subject to these terms and conditions and are also subject to availability.
4.3 You accept that we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to make any changes to our science boxes and/or the contents of our science boxes.
5. SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR SCIENCE BOXES
5.1 In order to subscribe to receive our science boxes, you must complete our online subscription form and set up a valid continuous payment authority with us.
5.2 It is your responsibility to check that you have used our subscription process correctly.
5.3 As part of the subscription process, you must provide all the information required by our subscription form, including but not limited to:
5.3.1 The parent’s title and full name.
5.3.2 The child’s full name, date of birth and gender.
5.3.3 The delivery address.
5.3.4 The date on which you choose your subscription to start.
5.3.5 Declaration from the Parent that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5.3.6 Declaration form the Parent that they understand we advise them that adult supervision is required when using any equipment provided in our science boxes and when carrying out any of the activities described in each box.
5.3.7 The Bank sort code, account number and account name bank for the account from which the continuous payment authority will be operated every month for the subscription amount or any other price agreed with us in writing for the duration of the subscription.
5.4 By completing and submitting the subscription form to us, you agree to us sending you a confirmation email to the email address you provide in the subscription form containing all the details in the subscription form which you submitted to us.
5.5 It is your responsibility to ensure all the information you supply to us, and all the information contained in any email we send you as a consequence is complete and accurate.
5.6 A contract between you and us will be formed and these terms and conditions will apply when you receive an email from us confirming your subscription.
5.7 No variations can be made to your order for the subscription of our science boxes once you have received your confirmation email, unless these variations are agreed with us in writing.
5.8 When you subscribe to receive our science boxes, we reserve the right to reject your subscription, at any time, for any reason. We may tell you the reason why your subscription has been rejected.
5.9 We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription and not send you a science box in any given month if any of the following apply:
5.9.1 You have chosen to un-subscribe after you have completed your first three months and have given us one month’s notice that you wish to cancel your subscription.
5.9.2 You have not paid for the box subscription or are yet to pay for a box that was sent to you previously.
5.9.3 If we, or any third party we have employed to obtain your fees, are unable to obtain payment authorisation from your bank or the issuer of your payment card.
5.9.4 If delivery of 2 previous boxes could not be completed due to incorrect address, access issues or because you were not there to receive the delivery.
5.9.5 Circumstances beyond our control arise to prevent us from making or supplying science boxes or we consider it necessary for some other reason or for the good of our business to do so.
5.9.6 We believe you are doing something with our products which we deem could be harmful to our business.
6. PERIOD OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
6.1 Your subscription will continue until it is paused or cancelled by you or us. For details about how you can cancel your subscription please refer to the “pausing or cancelling your subscription” section 6 below.
6.2 By subscribing to receive our science boxes you agree to the minimum subscription period.
6.3 We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription at any time for any reason.
7. PAUSING OR CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
7.1 By subscribing to receive our boxes you agree that you can only pause or cancel your subscription once the minimum subscription period has lapsed.
7.2 By subscribing to receive our boxes you agree that, in the event you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, you are required to give us one month’s notice before your pause or cancellation become effective. This means that after the minimum subscription period, you will receive and be charged for the following month’s science box.
8. PRICES FOR SCIENCE BOXES
8.1 The prices for our Science Boxes displayed on our website will prevail at all times in relation any subscription made online through our website.
8.2 We reserve the right to change the price of our science boxes at any time and will notify any persons subscribed to receive our science boxes of any change in the price of our science boxes.
9. PAYMENT
9.1 When you apply for a subscription, you agree to a continuous payment authority to Little Scientists Club Limited that will start on the start date specified in your confirmation email and repeat continuously on the first day of each month until your subscription is either paused or cancelled by you or us.
9.2 If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking “Place Order” or “Submit” you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit cardholder.
9.3 Payment for your subscription must be received by us each month before we send out any science boxes to the delivery address
10. DELIVERY OF OUR SCIENCE BOXES
10.1 We will send our science boxes to the delivery address you specified in the subscription form you submitted to us via our website.
10.2 We will attempt to make delivery within the first 10 days of each month. In some cases we may send our science boxes to you after the first ten days of the month but within that month.
10.3 We will not send our science boxes until we have received your payment for the relevant month.
10.4 We will not send our science boxes if we, or you, have paused or cancelled your subscription.
10.5 We will not send our science boxes to addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands. If, however, we have taken payment for a subscription that has a delivery address outside this area, we will refund the payment within 20 working days.
10.6 Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Island and other remote locations will incur an additional £6.00 delivery fee per science box.
10.7 You agree that we can send our science boxes in installments if we deem this necessary for any reason.
10.8 In the event you are unable or fail to be available to receive our science box at the delivery address, we may pass on to you any charge for the cost of resending and/or storing the science box.
10.9 Once delivery has been completed, our science boxes become your responsibility. It is your responsibility, where reasonably practical, to examine our science boxes before accepting them and in any case notify us by email of any issues with the box or it’s contents within 24 hours of delivery.
10.10 Once delivery has been received, any risk of damage to, or loss of, our science box or any of the contents will be yours.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 You agree that any of our science boxes and/or any of the materials within our science boxes and experiments and instructions may not and will not be replicated by you under any circumstances and that the science box concept, box and contents are our intellectual property.
11.2 We reserve the right to take legal action against you in the event we have reason to believe you are replicating any of our ideas, themes, activities, experiments, science boxes or any other intellectual property owned by Little Scientists Club Limited.
